Operations consulting isn’t one-size-fits-all. We offer three ways to work: a one-time assessment, a defined project, or ongoing advisory. Pricing depends on scope, so we don’t publish fixed rates—instead we use a free strategy call to align on your needs and recommend an option with a clear quote.

One-time assessment

A focused review of your operations: where you stand, where the gaps are, and a prioritized roadmap. Ideal if you’re not sure what to fix first or want a clear plan before committing to a larger engagement. Delivered as a report and a follow-up call. Typically a fixed fee based on the depth of the review.

Project engagement

A defined scope—e.g. “build our sales ops and pipeline dashboard” or “design and document our customer onboarding process.” We agree on deliverables, timeline, and fee upfront. Suits teams that have a clear problem and want it solved without an ongoing retainer.

Ongoing advisory

Fractional or recurring support: regular strategy sessions, implementation support, and someone to keep operations on track as you scale. Priced as a monthly retainer. Best when you want ongoing capacity without hiring full-time.
